The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is staging the latest edition of the “Rest in the countryside” campaign intended to boost the popularity of rural tourism. Joining forces with Polish Tourism Organisation, the Ministry sets out to promote the campaign at all of Poland’s leading tourism exhibitions, i.a. in Poznań, Wrocław, Łódź, Gdańsk, Warsaw, Szczecin, Opole, Katowice and Toruń. 

In the first three quarters of 2019 our country was visited by 8.2% foreign tourists more than in the first nine months of 2018. The greatest growth rate was recorded in the South Korean market - 67.3%.  

Polish Tourism Organisation in cooperation with Tuniu, one of the largest Chinese online travel agencies, conducted a six-month marketing campaign in the Chinese market.
