Poland Convention Bureau PTO, as every year, sums up the requests that we receive from people interested in organizing meetings and events in Poland. Year 2013 brought a total of more than 70 requests, including 50 from abroad. Coordination of the last of them has just ended.
Most of them related to assistance for the organization of conferences in Poland. The second group consisted of those relating to provision of information on the meetings industry in Poland, including those related to communication, tourist attractions and unique objects. The last two topics that appeared among the requests were the requests for recommendations of hotels and conference facilities. Another group consisted of requests for support for promotion of events, among others, through communication tools of the Polish Tourist Organisation.
Also statistics on the Polish industry of meetings, and requests for contacts to companies dealing with professional service of conferences and incentive trips arouse interest.
In total, we provided information and support to the events for a total of 24 080 people.
