Wrocław and Lower Silesia were the destination of a study visit by Italian travel agents and journalists organised by the Polish Tourism Organisation in cooperation with the Lower Silesian Tourism Organisation. Guests regularly covered subsequent points on their agenda in their social media. The first articles in the sector media have already been published, too.

Several boards with beautiful photographs of the VeloMałopolska routes have been decorating the fence of the Polish Embassy in Brussels since September. This is yet another product of the cooperation of the Polish Tourism Organisation with the Polish diplomatic headquarters in the capital of Belgium. The Marshal’s Office of the Małopolskie Voivodship and the Małopolska Tourism Organisation are partners of the project.

The Polish Tourism Organisation supports the “Safe Tourism” campaign. The campaign promoting the high level of safety in the Polish tourism industry was initiated by such organisations as the Polish Tourism Council and the Polish Council of the Meetings and Events Industry. 

One of the largest camper trade fairs in Europe, “Salone del Camper”, is currently taking place in Parma. The Polish Tourism Organisation is there, presenting a comprehensive offer of attractions and assets of our country, with particular emphasis on the rich offer of campgrounds.

The fifth edition of the Polish Run competition organised in Brussels by the East Poland House and the Polish Embassy in the Kingdom of Belgium in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organisation was a success. In addition to the athletics, the event was an excellent opportunity to promote Poland, especially the regions of eastern Poland.

The Polish Tourism Organisation, in cooperation with the Warmińsko-Mazurska Regional Tourism Organisation, organised a press trip for Swedish journalists publishing for Kyrkans Tidning and Katolskt Magasin. The guests participated, among other things, in the celebrations of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Święta Lipka.

For the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, Norway held its industry workshops in a traditional, in-person formula. In four days, almost 40 exhibitors travelled between Stavanger, Bergen, Trondheim and Oslo, meeting with representatives of the local tourism industry and media. Poland was represented by the Polish Tourism Organisation, Local Tourism Organisations from Warsaw, Poznań and Gdańsk, as well as tour operators. 

Representatives of the Royal Dutch Climbing & Mountaineering Association (NKBV) visited the Polish Tatras this past summer. Invited by the Polish Tourism Organisation, they hiked our mountain trails, discovering the delights of sleeping in mountain shelters and trying regional flavours.

Invited by the Polish Tourism Organisation, the crew of the PBS travel show, Family Travel with Colleen Kelly, came to visit Poland. The Polish episode will present our country as an interesting destination for family tourism.

On 4 September, the gardens of the Polish Embassy in Prague became the venue for Polish Day – a celebration of Polish culture, cuisine and tourism. The Polish Tourism Organisation used the event to promote travel to our country. The picnic was organised by the Polish Institute in Prague.
