Through the region lead international and national routes: from Brussels, Berlin and Warsaw to Minsk and Moscow (road A2 – E30); from Warsaw to Lviv, Odessa and Kiev (17 – E372). The part of this road – from Warsaw to Lublin is an express road which was dedicated to the use (58 km) or is under reconstruction on the express road (33 km).
Moreover, the region crosses from north to south main road no 19 and on its southern runs road no 74. Time travel by car from Warsaw to Lublin is currently 2 hours and 15 minutes. In 2016, 10-km long, western bypass of Lublin was given to the use, as a further stage of unblocking traffic in the capital of the province.
