Krakow has pulled ahead of its Eastern European rivals to emerge as the cheapest city for a bargain break this spring, according to the 10th Post Office Travel Money City Costs Barometer.

At MITT - Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition held on 13-15 March Polish Tourism Organisation received an award for Best Destination Promotion in Russia 2018.

Already for the sixth time leaders of the meetings industry, one of the most advanced sectors of global economy, meet in Warsaw. Attended by about 1,000 participants from all parts of the world, Meetings Week Poland is taking place in the capital on 19-23 March 2018.

Arranged by the Ministry of Sport and Tourism and Polish Tourism Organisation, the Polish national stand received the Best Exhibitor Award in the Europe category.

Polish Tourism Organisation and LOT Polish Airlines took part in the Los Angeles Travel & Adventure Show, where they presented information and promotional materials on the Polish tourism sector.

The already sixth edition of Meetings Week Poland – five days of educational and promotional events of the Polish meetings sector – will take place on 19-23 March 2018.

The latest edition of ITB Berlin, the World’s Leading Travel Trade Show, will kick off on 7 March. As usual, Polish Tourism Organisation will participate and its national stand will host 49 exhibitors.

The last session of POT’s Sixth-Term Council was staged in Poznań on 8 February. The meeting was attended by, i.a. Agnieszka Jędrzejczyk-Wojciechowska, Vice-President of Polish Tourism Organisation.

More than 41,000 voices earned the capital of Dolny Śląsk (Lower Silesia) the first place in the international competition for the European Best Destination 2018. Polish Tourism Organisation and its centres abroad actively supported Wrocław in its rivalry against other European cities.
