Poland at the Embassy Festival in the Netherlands

Poland was among the 28 countries participating in the annual Embassy Festival promoting destinations, their highlights, culture and customs among residents of The Hague, capital of the province of South Holland. Diplomatic representatives of countries from all over the world attend the event and compete with each other in showcases, workshops and presentations intended to encourage guests to learn more about cultural and tourist assets. Each year the highly popular event attracts 50,000 visitors.

Its main theme involves tourism highlights related to Frederic Chopin and trip proposals for Chinese tourists planning to visit Poland.

Czech TV shoots a travel show promoting Poland

The team behind Bedekr, a popular travel show broadcast by a public Czech TV channel, is filming new episodes in Poland. Thanks to the efforts of Polish Tourism Organisation and its cooperation with Lower Silesia Tourist Organisation, the show’s next season will present the Karkonosze mountain range including the towns of Jelenia Góra and Karpacz.

With domestic tourism recovering, Polish Tourism Organisation launched the “Have a stay safe in Poland” information campaign aimed at, i.a. recognising “hygienically safe venues”. The certificate already distinguishes more than 1,000 accommodations.
