Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association and the Poland Convention Bureau POT organize business breakfast seminar dedicated to ‘Congress structure’, which will be held on Friday, October 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., in the ‘Chrysler A’ meeting hall of the Haston City Hotel in Wroclaw. Our consultation and education seminar is addressed primarily to the representatives of non-governmental organizations, i.e. scientific societies and business associations, as well as to the representatives of corporations organising or planning to organise a major congress event in order to demonstrate mechanisms useful for planning business tourism.
Our meetings industry professionals will share their knowledge and expertise in organising complex events and providing support at international meetings, starting with applying for congress bidding process, through preparing programme and budget, marketing and communication strategies, selecting suppliers, and ending with project implementation and project accounting. The seminar will also provide an opportunity for discussion, networking and promoting best practices.
