On 16 March 2011 the first 2011 Polish convention bureaux meeting took place in Warsaw, in Copernicus Science Centre. It was organized by Convention Bureau of Poland (CBP) with local support of Warsaw Convention Bureau.
During the meeting the most important projects for 2011 were discussed: promotion of Poland according to 6.3 European project, Poland Meetings Industry Report 2011, ICCA & UIA statistics, Roadshow: „Polska. Move your imagination 2011”.

Next Polish convention bureaux meeting will take place on 24 August 2011 in Gdańsk, in connection with the taking place on 25 – 27 August 2011 ICCA Central European Chapter Spring Meeting.
