On 5 May 2011, in Paris, the last presentation of the „Polska. Move Your Imagination” series took place, this time addressed to planners from the French market.
The partners were: the Kraków Convention Bureau (general partner), Symposium Cracoviense/Intercrac (Kraków), the Trip Group (Zakopane), Haxel (Warsaw/Kraków), Mazurkas Travel (Warsaw) and the Gdańsk Convention Bureau.
In partnership with the services of Bedouk Meetings & Events Media, 38 meeting planners were introduced to the wide range of Poland’s opportunities in the meeting industry and the package of each partner during individual meetings.
Workshops, as well as a cocktail party, took place in L’atelier Barok, situated in the 19th Century house of William Ernest Barok – businessman, traveller and poet. Interesting interiors, stylistically echoing the 1930’s, helped to create the friendly atmosphere of the meeting, which was much appreciated by our French guests.
The Paris meeting concluded this year’s series of Roadshow presentations. Both Polish partners and planners from the priority markets established many individual contacts and new cooperation opportunities. The project met with significant interest, which makes it possible to think about continuing it onto other markets.
