On 29th of September Polish National Tourist Office in Brussels took part in first edition of MEETOPOLIS 2011. It was organized in a prestigious and modern SQUARE Conference Center with the beautiful view of Brussels. Apart from EMIF, MEETOPOLIS is the only meeting concerning the MICE branch in the Belgian market.
Interactive concept of the meeting with meeting sessions on various topics and individual meetings was never used before in Belgium. It got approval of participants.
170 meeting planners took part in MEETOPOLIS 2011. During the meeting the real networking atmosphere was established between representatives of associations, corporates, PCO’s and convention bureaus. They came from Poland, Switzerland, Spain, Malta, Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Hungary and Paris and Berlin.
