Already for the fourth time, the Warsaw Convention Bureau published its annual summary on the size and characteristics of the local business convention market. The Warsaw Meetings Industry Report 2010 presents a picture of Warsaw’s business tourism from the perspective of the meetings organised in 2009.
The publisher’s main goal is to show Warsaw’s position as an attractive destination for business tourism with the help of the actual data. The reliability of the data presented is guaranteed as a result of the experience gained in the cooperation with the centres and the institutions when exchanging information, and by the group of the experts coproducing the substantial par of the report.
The Warsaw Meetings Industry Report 2010 shows that the business convention is governed by the same market rules as other branches of the economy and should be analysed in the same manner.
