Visitors to Wrocław can benefit from a dense network of public transportation serviced by MPK (Municipal Transport Company), covering the area of metropolis and its surroundings. The public transportation is in service 7 days a week and 24 hours a day – thanks to a network of night lines.
A network of Wrocław public transportation consists of 23 tramway lines and 54 bus lines (including 19 night lines), altogether accounting for over 1250 km of bus and tram routes.
A high emphasis is put on environmental protection issues and on providing the fast and comfortable journey. Passengers can enjoy a modern fleet of trams and buses, meeting the standards of a modern dynamic metropolis.
Depending on the length of stay – single, daily, weekend, 30- and 90- days tickets are available in ticket machines, kiosks and stores all around the city.
