The 2nd European Games 2019 was held in Minsk on 21-30 June. 150 Polish athletes participated in 14 out of 23 disciplines. Polish Olympic Committee set up the Olympic Centre of Poland’s Promotion in the House of the Wańkowicz Family Museum in the capital of Belarus. For the duration of the week-long Games, it acted as the focal point of all activities aimed at promoting Poland’s sport, tourism and culture.

The stay of French journalists in Kraków on 21-24 June was staged by Polish Tourism Organisation in cooperation with the Polish Institute in Paris and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The meeting focused on the Jewish Culture Festival, which for the 29th time attracted participants from all over the world.

Staged by Polish Tourism Organisation, a fam trip of a group of Hungarian tour operators and journalists was launched on Monday 24 June. The objective of the tour was to introduce Hungarians to Mazury (Masuria), a region they continue to have little awareness of.

The gold of Gdańsk. Following the ‘golden thread’. A journey to the capital of Pomorze” is the title of a promotional event staged by Polish Tourism Organisation in cooperation with the Rome-based Polish Institute on 13 June.

Polish Tourism Organisation participated in the CEEC Economic and Trade Cooperation Symposium in Dalian, where it entered a strategic partnership agreement with Hways Overseas Travel, the largest and longest-operating Dalian-based foreign travel agency.
