THE GALA OF THE POLISH CONGRESS AMBASSADORS

The Gala of The Polish Congress Ambassadors took place in Sheraton Warsaw Hotel on the 4th of November 2009. The Gala’s patronage was given by prof. dr hab. Michał Kleiber – President of Polish Academy of Sciences.

Rafał Szmytke (President of Polish Tourism Organization) opened the ceremony. After him Piotr Wilczek (President of The Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association) and prof. Janusz Lipkowski (The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program chairman) took the floor. Maria Napiórkowska (Ministry of Sport and Tourism), on behalf of Katarzyna Sobierajska (Under Secretary of State in The Ministery of Sport and Tourism), read the congratulatory letter.

Among gala’s guests were: governmental representatives, scientific world representatives, media and the tourism branch representatives.

During the ceremony the film music concert was played by The Sinfonia Viva Orchestra, conducted by Tomasz Radziwonowicz.
