6th Ball of the MICE Poland Personality of the Year was held on 24 January in the Warsaw EXPO XXI centre. The event aims at awarding people from the industry characterised by professionalism and effectiveness who in the past year showed the greatest involvement and engagement in the branch development.
The winners of this year’s competition are:
Karol Kamas – Vice-Director of the Marketing Communication Department in BGŻ Bank in the category Contracting Party of the Year;
Magdalena Gaik – President of the Board in Walk Events Sp. z o.o. in the category Organiser of the Year;
Monika Kloczkowska – event organisation specialist in the Grand Theatre—National Opera in the category Venue Manager.
This year an award in the category Sub-Contractor of the year has also been awarded for the first time ever. It went to Michał Czerniak – Vice-President of the Board and Managing Director of Brill AV Media.
MPI Poland Club already for three years awards its prizes on the occasion of MICE Poland Personality of the Year. This time the title “Discovery of the Year MPI Poland” went to Miłosz Stanisławski, general manager Sound Garden Hotel.
The event was organised in a “hellish” atmosphere. Red Heels and Drugi Tydzień bands played during the evening. Aleksandra Szwed with the band The Czad Makers also performed at the event.
