
The last meeting in 2009 between Convention Bureau of Poland (CBP) and Polish convention bureaus took place on the 5th of November 2009 in Polish Tourism Organization.
There were representatives from Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań, Szczecin, Warsaw and Wrocław, who attended a meeting. During the meeting Convention Bureau Szczecin, as a new one, introduce themselves. After that CBP summarized 2009 activities and discussed actions connected with developing the Polish meeting industry in 2010
together with local convention bureaus. The subjects like: The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program, PCO/DMC and Incentive Travel Company recommended program, business tourism fairs in 2010 and site inspections were brought up.

After the meeting everybody went to MeetingsPoland.pl Expo & Forum fairs, which took place in Warsaw in EXPO XXI exhibition center on 4th – 5th of November 2009. During the second fair’s day there was the seminar “How to obtain the international congresses” organized by Convention Bureau of Poland together with The Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association. Among the lecturers were:
