Convention Bureau Szczecin was founded on the 21st of August 2009 as a foundation. The team of Convention Bureau Szczecin compose of 4 young people who are well-educated in tourism and marketing and have experience in congress organizing. They are MPI members also. As a fans of Szczecin and its region they want to develop it especially in business tourism.
The first big Convention Bureau Szczecin activity is organizing an international congress in Szczecin in 2010 “Instruments, strategies and challenges for bringing congresses and events to second-tier cities” which will be held in Radisson Blu Hotel on the 29th – 30th of March 2010.
