The Association of Conferences and Congresses in Poland organised another “Congress structure” seminar, this time concerning the mechanisms of acquiring and organising international congresses. Poland Convention Bureau was a partner of the event held on 26 November in the Polish Aviation Museum in Kraków.
The educational and consultative seminars targeted primarily at the representatives of NGOs – science and business societies, as well as representatives of corporations organising or planning organisation of a congress, aimed at showing the mechanism of acquiring and organising the congresses. During the event the professionals from the meetings industry branch exchanged their knowledge on comprehensive organisation and service of international meetings and events, starting from the process of application for congress organisation, through preparation of the programme and budget, marketing and communication, selection of providers and ending with project implementation and settlement. The seminars also provide an opportunity for discussion and networking or presentation of good practices.
The seminars are to encourage efficient acquisition of international meetings and events for Poland, which constitute a specific “window to the world” for your professional circle, they give a chance to know the newest technological advancements faster, absorb development trends and to conduct more dynamic intellectual exchanges.
