As is the case each year, Polish Tourism Organisation is the organiser of the Polish national stand (G440) at the IMEX exhibition, one of the most important events of the meetings industry. This year’s offer additionally featured a happy hours meeting arranged by Poland Convention Bureau POT together with SITE Poland.

Held on 21 May, the meeting was acclaimed by all involved guests: Hosted Buyers from all over the world, members of the international Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) and its Polish branch (SITE Poland), as well as representatives of trade media. Serving regional snacks, liqueurs and sweets, the Polish team solidified the visitors’ perception of Poland as an attractive and friendly city that is worth cooperating with.

During the three exhibition days (21-23 May) Poland Convention Bureau POT supported by POT’s Berlin-based International Office conducted group presentations on Poland and individual meetings with planners. The presentations were complemented by the offer showcased by particular co-exhibitors of the Polish national stand:
