THERE ARE 18 NEW POLISH CONGRESS AMBASSADORS

The new Chapter of The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program met on the 2nd of October 2009 in The Polish Tourism Organisation. 12 from 15 representatives took part in the chamber debate with Janusz Lipkowski as a chairman. The Chapter selected 18 Polish Congress Ambassadors – professional people from fields as varied as life sciences and technology, sport, leisure and law, who have a major influence over their international associations’ choice of conference destinations.

 The new Chapter of The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program consists of:

  • Andrzej Arendarski – President of The Polish Chamber of Economy
  • Katarzyna Chałasińska – Macukow – Rector of University of Warsaw,
  • Jerzy Chmiel – Vicepresident of International Council of Organizations for Folklore Festivals and Folk Art,
  • Alex Kloszewski – President of Warsaw Destination Alliance,
  • Janusz Lipkowski – President of The Sociaty of Science in Warsaw
  • Janusz Marcinkiewicz – President of The Polish Society of Experimental and Clinical Immunology,
  • Maciej Mrozowski – Media-expert and Jurnalism Lecture in University of Warsaw,
  • Elżbieta Penderecka – President of The Ludwig van Beethoven Association,
  • Konstanty Radziwiłł – President of The Polish Chamber of Physicians and Dentists,
  • Andrzej Sułek – Director of The Fryderyk Chopin Institute,
  • and Jerzy Woy – Wojciechowski – President of The Polish Physicians Society

met on the 2nd of October  2009 in The Polish Tourism Organisation seat.

As a Program Organizers the Chapter was represented by: Bartłomiej Walas – Vice President of The Polish Tourism Organisation, Piotr Wilczek – President of The Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association, Irena Sokołowska – Vice President of The Conferences and Congresses in Poland Association and Krzysztof Celuch – Convention Bureau of Poland. The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program project manager was Aneta Książek – Convention Bureau of Poland.

12 from 15 representatives took part in the chamber debate with Janusz Lipkowski as a chairman. Ceremonial Gala of The Polish Congress Ambassadors Program with diplomas presentation took place in  Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw, the 4th of November 2009.
