Since the beginning of 2013, all the companies recommended by Poland Convention Bureau Polish Tourist Organisation have extended or renewed their recommendations by means of the submitted statistics of organised meetings and completion of the relevant documentation to confirm their professionalism. The group of the hitherto recommended organisations has been increased by the addition of the Poznań International Fair, which has joined the programme for the first time. We would like to invite all companies specialising in comprehensive organisation and services for congresses and incentive trips in Poland to take part in recommendation programmes. The recommendations provide an opportunity to participate in activities targeted at promotion of Poland and winning new clients, such as participation in Roadshow presentations, participation in trade fairs at the Polish national stand or organisation of study visits.
In addition, information about the companies are provided to those interested in organising meetings in Poland. The queries received by PCB of the Polish Tourist Organisation are also sent to companies with recommendations.
Recommendations can be granted to traders with appropriate organisational experience, technical facilities and a trained team of staff available for a full implementation of congresses or incentive programmes. A list of recommended companies can be found in the “Organise your meeting” tab.
