On 17-22 April, Poland Convention Bureau has conducted a presentations to promote Poland on foreign markets covered by the campaign. This time the Polish meetings industry was presented to German and Dutch planners and thus we completed the presentation on current European markets. On 17-21 we held a road show “Inspire your business” for 30 German meeting organizers. A distinctive feature of this event organized by the magazine Events is a joint trip of a group of planners and representatives of destinations. This year the venues were in Spain and Portugal. This is to exclude incidental participants and provide excellent conditions for getting to know each other. In addition to the presentation of the country, regions and recommended companies, participants have time for individual talks and establishing closer business contacts. Polish partners of the event were: Convention Bureau Wrocław and Krakow Convention Bureau. This edition of “Inspire your business” involved four destinations / companies: Robinson Club, Wallonia, One&Only and Poland.
Then, on 22 April in Amsterdam, there was the presentation on the occasion of the organization of NL Conference, which was attended by over 300 Dutch representatives of the industry. In addition to the presentation and the networking part for the selected group of planners, advertising of the Poland Convention Bureau was on the conference website, in social media and in newsletters. NL Conference entitled “For Your Eyes Only” was held at the new film centre in a film convention and the advertising spot “Events in Poland” was presented as an inspiration for guests to visit the Polish corner.
Polish partners of the event were: Gdańsk Convention Bureau, Convention Bureau Katowice, Kraków Convention Bureau and recommended organizers of congresses and incentive trips Mazurkas Travel and DMC Poland.
Participants of both events had the opportunity to win study stays in Poland in selected cities and gifts from Poland.
