On 4 March in Paris, the next Roadshow presentation under the slogan “Poland. Move Your Imagination” was held during the international MEEDEX fair. 120 planners from the French market participated in the meeting, which was aimed at presenting and promoting Poland in terms of organisation of meetings and events. The Polish partners of the event included Warsaw Convention Bureau, DMC Poland, Kraków Convention Bureau, Intercrac DMC, Gdańsk Convention Bureau, Poznań Convention Bureau and Poland Concept DMC.
Beside the general presentations of regions and companies, the participation in the event provided, above all, an opportunity to talk in person, establish business contacts and get to know new potential clients. A part of the meeting also involved a lottery, in which the participants could win valuable prizes from the partners, for instance weekend stays in Poland and souvenir packages.
Roadshow in Paris has been organised in co-operation with the organiser of MEEDEX International fair and the Polish National Tourist Office in Paris.
The next Roadshow presentations will take place in April: in Germany and the Netherlands. These events are organised under the Project: “Let’s Promote Poland Together”, which is co-financed by the European Union.
