On 28 February another “Poland. Move Your Imagination” presentation was delivered in the Admiral Copenhagen Hotel in Copenhagen. Thirty Danish planners interested in Poland as a destination for organising meetings and events participated in the meeting. The Polish partners of the event were Gdańsk Convention Bureau and, for the first time – Poznań Convention Bureau. Apart from attending the presentation, the participants had the opportunity to establish business relations and gather some branch information during the dinner and the part devoted to networking.
The meeting involves also a lottery in which the participants had a chance to win valuable gifts from the partners:
- luxury weekend for two in Dwór Oliwski Hotel in Gdańsk, and the Gdańsk Tourist Card facilitating enjoyment of local attractions
- unforgettable weekend in IBB Andersia Hotel in Poznań
- gifts set from Poland Convention Bureau
Due to cooperation with Kursuslex, an account of presentation will appear in the only Danish business magazine MØDERPLUS+ (MEETINGS PLUS), reaching nearly 10,000 event planners in Denmark.
Next Roadshow presentations will be held already in April: in France, Germany and in the Netherlands. These events will be organised under the “Let’s Promote Poland Together” project co-financed by the European funds.
