The first Certified Incentive Specialist (CIS) training in Europe will be held in March in Warsaw! The CIS is the first stage of professionals education in the field of incentive travels conducted by international association Site. A certificate issued after completion of the CIS training is acknowledged worldwide as a pass to the subsequent stages of education. CIS trainings in 2012 were held in Chicago and Mexico.
The educational sessions programme conducted by qualified trainers and ending with an exam concerns: marketing and promotion, maintaining customer relations, planning motivational experiences and delivery of incentive travel.
The CIS is designed for Site members and non members alike in the intelligence that Site serves as the source of expertise, knowledge and personal connections that will catapult and sustain professional growth, and help build the value of extraordinary motivational experiences worldwide.
The Certification is a two day program with 12 hours of education for all motivational events and incentive travel industry professionals, including students and academic faculty.
