GCBeVENT is the only in Poland innovative mobile application for smartphones addressed to all interested in organizing a business meetings in Gdansk&Region. Application is owned by Gdańsk Convention Bureau. GCBeVENT application is the only mobile application available now on all operating systems: iPhone (iOS), Android, BlackBerry and Mobile Phone. It seems that once again Gdańsk is the leader of innovation. GCB has been twice awarded as the Leader of Innovation and Development.
GCBeVENT is available in Polish and English language versions.The app allows delegates to communicate within the business event, they will be able to view all information prepared by the event organizer as: detailed agenda with the possibility to personalize the program (choose your own path from parallel sessions), urgent changes in the programme, information on sessions and keynote speakers. The only requirement is the Internet access, that Gdansk’s venues offer free of charge. Most of the app functionalities work offline.
GCBeVENT detailed functionalities:
- list of delegates, speakers (connected with Facebook, Linkedin and twitter accounts)
- conference agenda (session, speakers, room, time) – possibility to create your own personalized agenda
- conference venue (accessibility, floor plan, etc.)
- map, marking the objects with which it is linked to conference hotels
- public transportation, transfers
- sponsor zone, possibility to create quizzes
- post session evaluation forms.
