IMEX, the biggest exhibition in the meeting industry, will begin on 22 May in Frankfurt. Like every year, the Poland Convention Bureau PTO is the organiser of the Polish national stand. It will feature the programmes of regional Convention Bureaux, companies dealing with meetings organisation, and conference centres. The campaign launched last year will be continued during this year’s exhibition. This time, the 10th Anniversary of establishing the PCB PTO will be an additional highlight.
We will mark our presence in the exhibition’s catalogue, in the Show Daily magazine, and on banners published on IMEX websites. We will also act as sponsors of the IMEX CIC Inspiration Centre, which will host educational sessions for industry representatives.
A press conference will be held on the second day of the exhibition, with a view to summarising 10 years of the PCB’s operations, and to presenting the activities undertaken to promote Poland as an attractive business destination.
We kindly invite you to the Happy Hours, featuring a buffet and a live show, scheduled for 22 and 23 May, from 5.00 pm, on the Polish national stand G400. These events will provide an excellent opportunity to establish business contacts in a less formal, yet more pleasurable, atmosphere.
The Polish national stand G400 will be the venue for business meetings, conducted according to the individual schedules of sub-exhibitors, as well as for the PCB’s presentations aimed at the groups of Hosted Buyers attending the exhibition. This event affords the perfect opportunity to promote a range of destinations, and to attract new events to Poland.
