On 10-12 July 2012, Warsaw hosted a study visit by representative of FINANCIAL GATES GmbH, who is responsible for putting together a conferences for the German financial sector as well as the annual CFO Summit Emerging Europe & CIS – a European conference, which Poland has the chance to host in the future. It is a leading European meeting of the financial directors from the Emerging European Markets. 2011 saw more than 200 representatives of the finance industry describing their experiences with regard to corporate finance and strategies, during workshops and plenary sessions.
During her visit, hotels and facilities were demonstrated that are suitable for conferences and sumptuous dinners, including the Palace of Science and Culture, the Warsaw University of Technology, and the Royal Castle, as well as Kubicki Arcades and the Grand Theatre – National Opera.
Our guest also had the opportunity to get to know Warsaw and gain a glimpse into its past, as she was taking in the Old Town, the Royal Castle and Łazienki park.
