The participants chosen in this year’s 30 under 30 programme took part in a DMAI’s Annual Convention which was held on 15-17 July in Orlando. 30 under 30 is a programme for leaders of the meetings industry, who – through their work on the international forum – have a significant impact on the meetings industry development worldwide and were recognised for professional and active promotion of their destination. This year Krzysztof Celuch, Head of the Poland Convention Bureau Polish Tourist Organisation, joined the 30 under 30 group. He is the first Polish participant to be awarded by the DMAI association.
This is an annual educational meeting of the DMAI association, which is attended by over 1,300 representatives of the meetings industry form across the world. Over 40 DMAI’s Annual Convention educational sessions are meant to provide information on regional promotion and new technologies. The award gained through participation in the 30 under 30 programme is not only the acquired education, but also the chance to make new business contacts and to represent Poland internationally.
