A pre-Christmas meeting of Poland Convention Bureau of the Polish Tourist Organisation and representatives of the meetings industry was held on 19 December 2012 in the Bristol Hotel. The invitation was accepted by the representatives of five associations of professionals working in the meetings industry, recommended organisers of conventions and incentive travels as well as media representatives.
The event aimed at discussion of the actions that the PCB will undertake in 2013, debate on possibilities of cooperation and proposals of new initiatives, which can be taken up for the purpose of joint promotion of the Polish meetings industry. The meeting was held in a pleasant, Christmas atmosphere, which fostered creative discussion and exchange of experiences.
We would like to thank all of you who despite the approaching end of the year found the time to meet us in these intensive days. We believe that this meeting will mark the beginning of a fruitful collaboration between the Poland Convention Bureau and new operators form the private sector aimed at joint promotion of Poland.
