ICCA Best Marketing Award is a prize awarded annually to the members of the ICCA association for outstanding achievements in the field of city, region and product marketing.
This year, Gdańsk Convention Bureau followed the example of Poland Convention Bureau, which in 2011 was one of ICCA Best Marketing Award finalist becouse of rebranding the image of the meetings industry.
Gdańsk Christmas Baubles is a CSR project, which was submitted to the competition and connected with Gdańsk promotion during EIBTM show. All of exhibitors, hosted buyers and visitors took part in christmas activity about preparing and decorating their own Christmas Baubles. These special baubles and another gifts were given to children from the Spanish organization which supports education and development of young people growing up in harsh environments.
The las part of competision will take place in November, during the ICCA Congress, where Gdańsk together with other finalists (Melbourne Convention Bureau, Palais des Congres de Montreal i VisitDenmark) will present their achievements to a 1000 audience.
