The largest event of the UK tourism industry, the annual overseas conference gathers both association delegates and several dozen influential journalists participating in all events of the three-day meeting.

Being selected to host the conference is not only a great distinction for a given country but, most of all, a truly unique opportunity for local partners to establish business relations and thus launch their products onto the British market. Each year several countries compete to host the discussed event, both from and outside Europe.

This year the efforts of Polish Tourism Organisation International Office in London made it possible to bring the 2019 AITO conference to Wrocław. The three-day meeting is scheduled to take place on 21-24 November and its agenda involves thematic blocks on fam trips around Wrocław and adjacent region, meetings with local partners, workshop sessions and press briefings.

Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO) is one of the largest organisations of this kind to be based in Great Britain. It represents tour operators specializing in thematic holiday packages adjusted to the needs and interests of its customers. Their schedules are based on first-hand experiences with particular destinations offered to participants and inspired by a highly passionate approach to the discovery of unexplored places in Europe and worldwide.
