Centuries of history, vibrant culture, Baltic beaches and three cities, each with its own distinctive character. The second film in the “POLAND. More than you expected” campaign turns the spotlight on the Tri-City, inviting international travellers to discover Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia. Together, they offer a compelling blend of heritage, seaside relaxation, modern city life and maritime energy. Supported by campaign ambassadors including Robert Lewandowski and Jesse Eisenberg, the film is the latest chapter in the Polish Tourism Organisation’s international campaign showcasing the many sides of Poland.
The latest installment of the Polish Tourism Organisation’s international branding campaign takes viewers to Poland’s Baltic coast, where centuries-old heritage meets contemporary culture, urban energy and the relaxed atmosphere of the seaside.
At the heart of the film are Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia, three neighbouring cities with three very different personalities. Gdańsk captivates with its rich history, distinctive architecture and cultural heritage. Sopot brings a more relaxed pace, with sandy beaches, a lively waterfront and the atmosphere of a classic Baltic resort. Gdynia offers a contemporary contrast, shaped by its maritime character, modern outlook and close connection to the sea.
Together, the three cities make it easy to combine culture, sightseeing, leisure and outdoor experiences in a single stay. Visitors can move from historic streets and cultural landmarks to beaches, waterfront promenades and modern urban spaces, discovering just how much variety can be found within one destination.
That sense of discovery is central to the “POLAND. More than you expected” campaign. The campaign presents Poland as a destination full of contrasts, unexpected experiences and places that reward curiosity, encouraging international travellers to look beyond familiar perceptions and discover more than they anticipated.
The Tri-City film forms part of a wider international promotional campaign led by the Polish Tourism Organisation, designed to strengthen Poland’s position as an attractive, modern and welcoming destination and to inspire travellers to discover the country from new perspectives.
The campaign is being delivered across international markets through 30-second films and shorter digital edits tailored to social media and online video platforms, helping the content reach audiences in formats suited to the way they discover and engage with travel inspiration today.
