Shot in December, the episode focused on Christmas Eve meals. Broadcast live via the International Office’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/PologneTravelFr/), the cooking workshop was hosted by Adam Chrząstowski, President of Bocuse d’Or Poland, accompanied by Julien Hallier, a French entrepreneur in love in Kraków and Polish Christmas traditions.

The French audience received a chance to learn the secrets of Polish Christmas cuisine originating in various regions of the country. The menu included, i.a. the perfect red borscht recipe, pikeperch with mushrooms and poppy seed noodles with honey and dried fruit.
