POT presented the Polish offer at workshops in Copenhagen and Aarhus

The Polish Tourism Organisation participated in workshops organised between 27 and 28 October by PATA Denmark. The event took place in two of Denmark’s largest cities, Aarhus in Jutland, and the capital, Copenhagen.

This year’s edition of the workshop, organised after a year hiatus due to the COVID-19 pandemic, attracted more than 60 exhibitors and over 200 visitors in both cities. Poland had a large representation in this group.

During the event, our offer was presented by the POT International Office in Stockholm, which shared the stage with Jan-Pol Incoming Tour Operator. At the adjacent stand, attendees could become familiar with the LOT Polish Airlines, exhibiting their offer together with the Warsaw Tourism Organisation.

Thanks to their variety, both tables enjoyed popularity with visitors, and most representatives of Danish travel agencies (and at the Copenhagen workshop also Finnish and Swedish travel agencies) already had specific queries and concepts for travel programmes to Poland.

The already traditional combination of visiting Warsaw and Kraków were discussed along with coach tours to Poznań and Wrocław, SPA products throughout Poland, as well as motorcycle and bicycle tourism. We hope that these conversations will translate into a growing interest among the Danish tourists in our country in 2022.
