This time guests from Russia toured the Małopolska region mainly from the viewpoint of winter vacations including elements of the wellness & spa offer. The program of the stay encompassed, i.a. learning about the diverse infrastructure of the Krynica Zdrój health resort and the Dwie Doliny Muszyna-Wierchomla ski station. The guests also enjoyed an opportunity to tour the Wieliczka Salt Mine and the former Jewish quarter in Kraków.

Training sessions, which the Russian guests attended together with representatives of the Polish tourism industry, constituted the most important part of the stay. More than 40 companies interested in Russian tourists coming to Poland attended the meeting held at Hotel Wierchomla Ski & Spa Resort. Animated face-to-face talks demonstrated a great willingness to establish contacts.

The Forum was organized by the Polish Tourism Organisation International Centre in Moscow (Zagraniczny Ośrodek Polskiej Organizacji Turystycznej) in cooperation with the Marshal Office of the Voivodeship of Małopolska, the City of Kraków Office, the Małopolska Tourist Organisation (Małopolska Organizacja Turystyczna), the Krynica Tourist Organisation (Krynicka Organizacja Turystyczna), the Wieliczka Salt Mine, and Hotel Wierchomla Ski & Spa Resort.
