TC Touristik & Caravaning Leipzig is a typical consumer-focused fair and a flagship tourist event addressed to the residents of Central Germany and the lands of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Thuringia, and Brandenburg.

The fair presents tourist offers from the range of active tourism, including biking, walking, culture, spa & wellness, camping, and caravanning. The event is connected with the sale of equipment necessary for caravanning and biking tourism.

About 600 exhibitors from five continents attended this year’s edition. Such an event could not have been overlooked by representatives from Poland. The Polish Tourism Organisation (Polska Organizacja Turystyczna – POT) arranged a 60 m-large stand displaying the diverse tourist offer of our country, shown by, i.a. Underground City Osówka, Książ Castle in Wałbrzych, the Kołobrzeg Resort, Hotel New Skanpol Kołobrzeg, Świnoujście Resort and Interferie Inc.

Data supplied by the organiser demonstrate that 95% of last year’s visitors will attend the current edition of the fair. Almost 70% confirmed that they plan to reserve stands. Another encouraging factor is information about the visitors’ incomes: more than 47% earn 2,600 euro a month, and 21.1 % – over 3,600 euro.
