Do not cancel your travel plans – choose a voucher!

Choose a voucher!

Companies representing broadly defined tourism industry can now offer vouchers for future travel to compensate for tourism events, accommodation and other services cancelled because of the coronavirus pandemic. Do not cancel – postpone! There is no risk involved. The voucher shall be valid for a year from the original date of the tourism event for which a given client has already paid. In the case of trips, it is also possible to change the designated destination. Poland is a beautiful country that will wait for you!

Choose a voucher!

Vouchers are remarkably simple to implement. Ask your tour operator, hotel or tourist attraction about conversion into a voucher, which will remain valid for a year from the original date when a given service was supposed to start. Its value cannot be lower than the costs incurred so far by the client.

The tourism industry is in need of our support and solidarity. It is our turn to help Polish companies and their staff. The SARS-CoV-2 strain of coronavirus that causes COVID-19 resulted in hotel operators, agritourism farms, carriers, travel agencies and guides losing their main source of income literally overnight. Now, it is up to us to decide what their future will look like and if someone takes care of us during our next vacations or business trip. Let us help the industry!

Vouchers can be issued by, e.g. companies operating in the following fields:

  • tourism events,
  • accommodation services,
  • guide services,
  • tour leader services,
  • trade shows and congresses,
  • culture (e.g. cinemas, theatres, museums),
  • entertainment (e.g. concerts),
  • recreation and sports,
  • thematic exhibitions and open-air events.

Please keep in mind that a voucher for tourism events is a 100% risk-free solution guaranteed by a protection scheme in the event of insolvency.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of this option!
