The webinar, hosted by the Polish Tourism Organisation (POT) International Office in London, attracted over 100 British travel agents as participants. During the workshop, the potential for active tourism was presented by many different organisations from the Polish tourism industry. The Małopolska Tourism Organisation advertised its fantastic cycling infrastructure, while the Świętokrzyskie Tourism Organisation touted the advantages of the famous Green Velo route. Other attractive trails were described by representatives of the city of Kraków and the Poland On Bike company. This enabled the participants to find out about cycling routes from all over Poland.

The webinar was divided into two parts: a presentation and an expert panel. During the latter, participants could ask questions live, and also to take part in a game and win valuable prizes. These included hotel vouchers and flight tickets to Poland. The POT was represented by the director of the London office, Iwona Białobrzycka, who opened the meeting and outlined Poland’s main merits and its extensive tourism offering.
