According to the organisers, the best course of action taking into account the interests of all stakeholders and the industry is to reschedule the event to next year. Arabian Travel Market will now be held at the Dubai World Trade Centre on 16-19 May 2021, following the holy month of Ramadan and the Eid Al Fitr celebrations.

At the same time, a decision was made to run an ATM Virtual edition on 1-3 June, with organisers encouraging everyone to join webinars and live conference sessions.
