POT promoted Poland in Kazakhstan as part of V4 Group operations

“Discover Central Europe” was the motto used by Polish Tourism Organisation International Office in Moscow to stage meetings with delegates of Kazakhstan’s tourism industry. Arranged together with other representatives of the Visegrad Group (V4) – Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia – the meetings took place in the cities of Almaty and Nur-Sultan on 23-24 October.

As part of V4 Group’s marketing operations, representatives of tourism organisations showcased the highlights of their particular destinations, established relations with local tour operators and handed out promotional materials and publications.

The meetings attracted more than 120 members of Kazakhstan’s tourism sector. The list of invited guests included ambassadors and consuls of Visegrad Group member states. The Polish stand was visited by Selim Chazbijewicz, Ambassador of the Republic to Poland to Kazakhstan, and Violetta Sobierańska, Consul General of the Republic of Poland in Almaty.
