Russian bloggers, journalists and representatives of influential circles were invited to participate and hosted by Cezary Powała, chef of Warsaw’s MAKRO restaurant. The menu focused on traditional Polish dishes, such as chlodnik cold soup, oscypek smoked sheep cheese with cranberry, pork tenderloin with millet risotto, as well as baked apples.

A brief interlude during the show made it possible to introduce guests to Poland’s tourist highlights and encourage visiting our country. All participants of the food show and the presentation received small souvenirs.

The presence of Włodzimierz Marciniak, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to Russian Federation, with wife added splendor to the event.

The discussed show was organized together by the Polish Tourism Organisation International Office in Moscow and the Polish Institute in Moscow in cooperation with the Russian HORECA Educational Centre.
