Polska nagrodzona za promocję turystyczną w Rosji

At MITT – Moscow International Travel & Tourism Exhibition held on 13-15 March Polish Tourism Organisation received an award for Best Destination Promotion in Russia 2018.

Presented by the exhibition’s British organisers ever since its launch, this time the award recognized the effectiveness of the yearlong promotional undertakings conducted by Polish Tourism Organisation (Polska Organizacja Turystyczna – POT) in the Russian market.

“We are exceptionally pleased to see Polish Tourism Organisation receiving another award this year. Just last weekend the Polish national booth won first place as the Best Exhibitor in the Europe category at ITB Berlin, the World’s Leading Travel Show”, says Dariusz Rogowski, Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Sports and Tourism.

“This year at MITT Moscow we placed great emphasis on the promotion of Polish castles and palaces, as well as active leisure. Moreover, our booth also encompassed a separate section dedicated to health tourism”, adds Robert Andrzejczyk, President of Polish Tourism Organisation.

At MITT 2018 Polish Tourism Organisation arranged a booth promoting two regions (Lubelskie and Małopolska featuring the city of Kraków), Furnel Travel, Wish to Travel and ALL Poland travel agencies, as well as venues – Bukovina Resort and Spa and Palace on the Water. The abovementioned section aimed at promoting health tourism was the booth’s crucial component financed from EU funds.
