Certified Incentive Specialist training organized by SITE has come to an end. The training was attended by 13 people from around the world, including representatives of Poland Convention Bureau PTO Aneta Książek, Karolina Gajewska and Krzysztof Celuch. It was the first such event in Poland. The CIS is the first stage of professionals education in the field of incentive travels conducted by international association Site. A certificate issued after completion of the CIS training is acknowledged worldwide as a pass to the subsequent stages of education. The educational sessions programme conducted by qualified trainers and ended with an exam concerned: marketing and promotion, maintaining customer relations, planning motivational experiences and delivery of incentive travel.
