The ITM Business Tourism Fair will be held January 27-29, 2012, at the International Expocentre Expo XXI in the Polish capital, Warsaw. The fair is a superb opportunity for people in charge of organizing conferences, training and corporate events to discover what Poland and other countries in this part of Europe have to offer. The fair will create the perfect environment for productive business talks and for establishing solid contacts. Participants will also be able to take part in free seminars.
The ITM Business Tourism event is the product of a merger between the ITM Warsaw tourism fair and the Meetings Poland Expo business tourism fair. The Fairex and Meetings Poland companies decided to join forces to create a central business tourism fair in Poland.
This year, the organizers have been particularly keen to invite conference and event planners, both from Poland and other countries, who are responsible for purchasing business tourism services. A range of special events has been organized for them in Warsaw, including sightseeing trips taking in some of the Polish capital’s newest attractions, transport, receptions and meals. For those coming from outside Warsaw and meeting requirements free accommodation will be provided.
Visitors will be able to familiarize themselves with the business section of the exhibition along with a range of leisure products and services, such as vacations, trips to exotic destinations and spa centers.
Alongside exhibitions, the fair will offer numerous seminars for professional organizers of corporate meetings, events and training courses, as well as workshops and study trips in which partners from Poland and abroad will take part.
A detailed schedule of events is available on the fair’s website, and online registration will be launched shortly.
