Traffic regulationsThese are compatible with the regulations in UE countries. Speed limits on Polish roads are: 50 km-h for all vehicles in built+up areas during daytime and 60 km/h from 6pm to 6 am; 130 km/h on motorways; 110 km/h on express roads; 90 km/h on two-lane roads out of the city.

PaymentThe Polish currency is the zloty (PLN) divided into 100 groszy. Coins in circulation: 1, 2, 5 zloty and 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 groszy. Banknotes: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 zloty. Money can be changed at banks or exchange bureaus. Credit cards are accepted in shops, travel agents, airlines agencies, petrol stations, etc. Loss of the credic card should be reported immediately +48 22 515 31 50 or +48 22 515 30 00 (open 24 h).
