On 17.06.2010 in Kraków took place MPI Late Spring Networking Event which was devoted to work ethic in the meetings industry. This meeting was organized by MPI Poland Club with local support of Kraków Convention Bureau.
The meeting was led by Agnieszka Słowik, Incentive Tours Director in Flower Travel and Agnieszka Wróblewska owner of Adventure Travel.
The discussion concerned the building of the remuneration system for pilots, which depends on the result of satisfaction surveys of participants of the event, by crediting the need to provide a recommendation from the three companies, with whom they previously collaborated, and submit for approval by the client the exact events of the program to minimize the chances of scams complaints. Another issue raised in the discussion was forcing the smaller companies to credit corporations. Then participants discussed the problem of stealing customers and capture customer data bases at the time of changing job. At the end both ladies pay attention to building a solid foundation of your business as a key to safeguarding your own interests.
During the meeting, participants were given to solve the case study examples of the situation and had the means to how to keep the unpredictable and difficult problems.
The participants decided to create a list of unreliable subcontractors and exchange experiences and identify bad practices on an online forum created on MPI Poland Club website.
