On 16.09.2010 at the new Legia Stadium in Warsaw took place the MPI Poland Club Summer Meeting – “Take care of your environment”. The meeting focussed on CSR issues. CSR (corporate social responsibility) represents the thoughtful and strategic activities of companies who care about the environment around them, and also change business thinking and perform responsible work for the local community.Speakers presented many aspects of CSR, mainly how to use it, every day in the hotels and at events. Among the speakers were representatives of the meetings industry involved in the project IMEX Challenge Poland 2010, which ended the day before.
IMEX Challenge Poland 2010 was put on for the first time in Poland and was a perfect example of CSR policy. The conference ended with a report on the IMEX Challenge Poland 2010 project.
Patrons of the conference included Responsible Business Forum, MICE Poland, the portal Konferencje.pl and the Rezidor Hotel Group.
