Eggert Thor Olason is Project Manager Iceland Congress. He graduated as a Master Chef from the School of hospitality and service in Reykjavik, Iceland 2003. He gained Working experience in different countries: Conran restaurant´s in London, Tavern on the Green and Aquavit in New York and in a Relais & Chateaux Hotel, Arlberg Hospiz in Austria. Past years working as a guide in Iceland, specialized in Super Jeeps tours, snowmobiles, adventure activities, such as, snow-games, cave exploring and other team building activities. In 2010 he graduated from University of Iceland as a professional tour guide. Currently working for Iceland Congress as a project manager and developing new programs, such as volcano tours that are now the most popular thing to do for visitors. During the active volcano Eggert went almost daily with journalist, photographers and other vistors on his Super Jeep to explore the eruption.
